Queens can only be she-cats who mated with toms.  They give birth to new kits in the Clan to become Warriors or Medicine Cats.  They must care for their kits and give them names at birth.  When their kits become Apprentices, they move back to the Warriors den (depending if they are having anymore kits or are to old to be Warriors anymore).
